These terms apply to the Southwest Florida Investor Opportunities website operated by Ed Grabowski, Associate Broker with Preferred Shore Real Estate.
Investor registrations and property inquiries
Submitting an investor registration requests information about investment opportunities and permits a personal follow-up about your investment interests. Submitting a property-sale inquiry requests a conversation about a potential property disposition. No purchase, sale, or property review is required merely because you submit a form.
Opportunity communications
Investor registrants who choose to receive opportunity notices may be emailed selected investment information. Opportunities depend on seller authorization, property availability, and applicable requirements. Not all opportunities will be offered privately or before public marketing, and registration does not guarantee access, priority, suitability, or a transaction. You can opt out of opportunity emails at any time.
Telephone and message communications
We may follow up personally using the phone number or email you provide regarding your request. This form does not separately request consent to receive automated promotional text messages or calls. Any future marketing text program would require its own applicable disclosures and consent process.
Brokerage representation
Joining the investor network or submitting a request does not establish a brokerage relationship. Buyer or seller representation, when appropriate, is discussed and documented separately. Website information is general and is not investment, tax, or legal advice; consult qualified advisors about specific property decisions.
